Lamberts (client example)

One of the clients that I was account manager for during my time at Nurture Marketing was Lamberts, a family-run Norwich business who supplies industrial parts to trade and the public. Lamberts worked with the agency prior to my joining, but I was responsible for a range of services for them including: 

• Updating their brochure website with blog posts and development
• Monthly email newsletters
• Social media 
• Branding and collateral 
• Video production and editing

Below is a selection of the content that I produced during their time with the agency. 

Newsletter

The monthly email newsletter shared the blog content and social media that had been produced in the previous month, this was sent to a client database and the results were shared with the sales team to provide lead opportunities. I was also responsible for any surplus emails that the client wanted to send. This included charity announcements, offers and discounts and seasonal campaigns.

Social Media

Animation, video and image production across a range of social accounts including monthly reporting. For further examples, Instagram content all the way back to July 2023 is all the content I produced, it can be found here.

Video production

Alongside short form video and animation for socials, I also worked on a range of long-form educational style videos and a skit for Christmas that can be found on YouTube.

Content

The "brochure website" is no longer available online but this involved content creation, page amendments, SEO work and restructuring. Some examples of written work can be found here and here on the internet archive.
